Dear Mr. Woods,

Dear Mr. Woods,
You’ve made your mistakes, you’ve lost a majority of sponsors, and your credibility has gone from 10 to -10 but guess what? You are still the best golfer to walk the planet and the golf world is not going to be the same with out you. The season has begun and you have already held out of multiple tournaments including next weekends colorful tournament at Doral but one of the best tournaments in golf is coming up real soon. I’m sure you can guess it because in multiple SI articles you have said it to be your favorite major to play in. THE MASTERS! I hate to quote Bob Costas on the CBS trailers but the Masters really is “a golf tradition unlike any other.” This tradition has made a name for itself because of players like you and relies on you to keep it decorated with epic success. It’s a fact that golf fanatics everywhere have a date with their recliners come Master’s Sunday because this tournament never disappoints. My dad is not a very sensitive guy and I have only seen the man cry twice. The first time was at his mother’s funeral. The second time was when you won the Masters in 2001. You disappointed a lot of fans in the world but the fact is we as legitimate sport fans still want to see your talented ass strike that golf ball again. So lace up those Nikes while their still sponsoring, hit the driving range, and we’ll hopefully see you on the 1st tee in Augusta, Georgia.
